　October 1:  We have set up IBS club to help study and networking of the IBS students.
  August 21: Paid-in capital was raised to 14.4 million yen.
  August 15: Our one common stock was split into five.
  June 1: We started free career counseling service for students with more than 2 IBS credits.
  May 15: "Business & Bar" was introduced in Nikkei Career Magazine June edition.

2006
  November 22: "Business & Bar" for professionals will open in December 19 in IBS.
  August 29: "The Essence of MBA for professionals" sponsored by Tama University Medical Risk Management
                   Center will be held in October and November.
  August 15: "The Essence of MBA" will be held at the Extension Center of Yokohama City University.
  July 15: "Finance Course for next generation CFO・CEO" started in "Think!" Summer No.18.
　March 8: In April, we start an essential MBA program at Roppongi BIZ of Academy Hills.

2005
　December 5: "Management Seminar: The Essence of MBA", sponsored by Shonai Commerce and Industry
                 Center, was held in Tsuruoka-shi, Yamagata.
  November18:  "Venture Management" (Atsushi Inokuma) was released from Nippon Hyoronsya.
　September26: Paid-in capital was raised to 12 million yen.
　July12: "Essence of the MBA Know-how in 8 hours (Digital Hollywood Extension School)"
               was introduced in Nihon Keizai Shimbun.
　July8: "Venture Finance Class of July" was introduced in "Topics" of Nikkei Career Magazine February Edition.
　June16: We moved to the new headquarters. (New address: 501, 3-15-16, Nakamurakita, Nerima-ku, Tokyo)
　April25:  We open "Ikebukuro Business School", where business persons can learn in rich programs after work.
　March18: We start a new study group, "Study Group for Strategies & Management".
　February22: We launch a new business course, "Finance".
　February18: We are introducing a new mail magazine "Wall Street English Digest" in February 25.
　February 7: We provide certificates for the students who completed the management course works,

　November 8: Chiyoda Branch of the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry held "MBA How-how Speed Learning Seminar
                      ( lectured by WBC president: Inokuma).
　November 2: We start providing a new business seminar, "Management Seminar".
　October  9:  We provided the Management Strategy and Marketing classes based on "Implementing MBA Know-how"
                      in the Entrepreneurship Seminar of Urayasu City.
　September 17:  We held the first study meeting for "Association of Marketing & Business Planning".
　August 31:  We start offering "Critical Thinking" as an introductory class for "Implementing MBA know-how".
　August 17:  We held the first study meeting for "Association of Venture Finance & Management".
　July  9:  We provided the Management Strategy class of "Implementing MBA Know-how" in the Business Librarian Seminar
                  in Shizuoka City (Sponsored by Business Librarian Promotion Conference, Co-sponsored by Shizuoka Education Committee).
　July   6:  We published the first number of our mail magazine, "V. Spirit".
　July   6:  We start customizing "Implementing MBA Know-how" for corporate clients to offer "Mastering MBA  
                     Know-how in 10 hours".
　July   4:  "Implementing MBA Know-how" was held at Business Innovation Center Osaka.
　May 26:  Entrepreneurial Management Seminar "Implementing MBA Know-how" will be our core business from June.

　January 29:  We assisted in planing and authoring "Master of Business Administration",
                   Hiroshi Umezu (Supervisor), Jusuke Ikegami, PHP Institute, Inc..
　January 27:   We support the Office Sharing business of Workplace mew.com.
